Yes, genuine BMW part. I swapped to a 3 stage intake this weekend and purchased a new hose in case I broke this one removing it. No problems with the removal so now I have 2.

good deal on it but I don't think it fits all N52's. I searched on a parts site for this coming from a 2010 328i and its part number vs the part number for a 330i e90 and it says that it would not fit. Then again maybe they are wrong. Can you list a part number on it
