Does this Happen to you too??

When it's raining and you have the wiper on and sometime when the wiper blade (the brush) is turned on, you would hear the blade getting too dry against the glass and making some loud scraping noises. It doesn't happen all the time, only happens when it's raining hard (I think).

It doesn't happen to me either. Like others said, bring it into the dealer and they will install new wiper blades free.

Dunno. I heard this rumor that in some places, a lot of water comes out of the sky! Here in San Diego, I only ever see water come from the ground.

about 7 months old and they dont look damaged. But the wiper would stick and get sticked on the glass when its moving (in the rain)

To put it terms you can understand...
It's like when you're driving near downtown at night and a bum pisses on your windshield.

+1 about changing the wiper blades. If they fail, the arm might rub against the glass and that could scratch the wind$hield.
