Thanks man, yes I am fine, no airbags thankfully, just hit the top part near the grill/hood. I was behind another car at a little difference at about 35-40mph and by the time I stopped it was too late, sad about the part that deer got hurt

Yikes. That sucks.

I recently had my bumper, hood, grilles and both headlights replaced from a minor fender bender. Almost identical damage...

Total repair bill was just about $5k

Bill Pearce Reno (certified BMW collision center).

Amazing how quickly the costs rack up with good collision repair.

Mine's also almost the same, I am guessing the same amount of repair and cost. I went to Niello collision for the last accident so I will consult with them and see what they say. my right light is fine, it's the left that will need replacement most likely. Yeah true man, sucks tho!

No worries. :-).

I lived on the East Coast some time ago and collisions with deer were widely reported. Some encounters resulted in both injuries and car being totaled.

Yeah I was up in the hills and behind the car so I was barely doing 35-40, if I was any faster, it would've been bad
