LIM light

Hey guys,

At a traffic light, engaged 1st (MT) took off very gently, car would not rev past 2000 revs. Pulled aside, the green LIM light on the dashboard was on. Put it in neutral the car revved freely. Shut it off, turned it back on, no LIM light lit, took off had nice drive after that for 20 min.

Pls tell me that this is not the crank at 2444 kms, haha! ( Not funny, George).

Haha lol that's the speed limiter, you must have pressed the "lim" button and turned it on....

I sometimes forget i put it on, try to overtake someone and it cuts me off big time, a shock till i remember to turn it off.

Do you also know you can override it by pushing the throttle past the "kick down" detent?
