Great forum!

Just picked up an '08 335i 2 weeks ago and I'm tryng to get up to speed on current issues and topics.

I have few newbie questions so please bear with me.

What is a progman, 29.2 and v81 and how would I know if I have them.

I assume I have the potentially troubled fuel pump or would the newer cars not have this issue?

Lastly, I would like to get a JB3 when available, Since this car is a lease I suppose I could have warranty or lease return issues?

Even I wanted to know what is program 29.2. I know it fixes some of the idrive issues but not sure if it fixes anything else related to driving.

Sometime back I found a post where somebody mentioned about a software update to fix the turbo lag during the cold start. Is it worth it. please share your experience
