Anyone else have little black rubber pads fall out of the convertible top?

In the first month I found a small rectangular rubber pad stuck to the top of the windshield frame. I looked at the convertible top and found the spot with 2 holes where the pad belongs. I tried but cant get it back in. The thing has 2 little rubber feet and it looks like it fits into two little metal holes in the top. Theres 1 in each side and both got stuck to the window frame and came out of the top.

This REALLY should not happen on a brand new car. Hopefully they do a fix for this.

Is it possible to get a photo of what you're referring to? I'm trying to align your description to what I'm seeing on my car. Thanks!

Users of a German forum speculate it's to soften the 'clank' the convertible top makes when hitting the window frame.

Had mine reinstalled by dealer. Hasn't come out since. Think it was due to the heat here in Florida. Making the rubber soft and tacky, then cooling down over night stuck it to the frame. Like I mentioned, hasn't happened again since the dealer reinstalled them.
