Why is this spoiler so cheap and is it decent?

$159 for an unpainted spoiler is O.K. ...but nothing extraordinary.
I paid $268 for the pre-painted one from BMW.

If you can get a decent price on the paint job & installation (maybe D.I.Y.), then go for it. One thing to keep in mind... its coming from Japan. Pacific BMW told me initially that they've had problems shipping spoilers due to chipping and other damages. Mine arrived O.K., but if you want this one I would get the insurance.

it is unpainted so you would have to pay for paint. you are better off getting it already painted

Hard to tell, but I do know poor quality fiber glass cracks and who knows really how well these guys are. Ebay is hit and miss, go for it if your desperate. Or you can buy a reputable spoiler from your BMW dealer or someone on this Post has a good place to show you.

My 330 is Arctic Metallic, often times not offered in the paint option of the better spoilers on e-bay.

I'm just worried that at that price, the fit and quality will be iffy.

looks allright to me, check the part no. make sure is bmw, buy pre-painted if its available in yur color

You can get it with that price anywhere now. I would get it from here (panted for $230) since they're in spoiler business for many different cars.

wonder if these spoilers can be attached with just double side tapes instead of screwing holes on the trunk?

Can someone here be kind enough to show photos and links of ALL spoliers that can fit E90 ? I am thirsty to find out which one I will put it on. Blackline and Spoiler are on my E90's MUST HAVE List.
