Connected Drive Issues

Location: Australia
X3 G01
Issue started 2 days back.

Though its been discussed several times, but none of the resolutions worked. So wondering if its something related to Backend Connected Drive Servers? And someone also having this issue or faced similar in past.

iDrive - Weather App Says No Connection.
When I enter Connected Drive - Hit Option - Update Services is greyed out.
When I hit Login - it just keeps on processing and nothing even after an hour.
No commands work via Web or App on iPhone.
All commands fails.

I'm able to dial service assistance via iDrive - this shows that SIM inside is working.

So has anyone faced this issue? And given that it looks like a backend issue, anyone else facing this atm? How long can BMW take to fix this ?

I have just called up the local number and they've advised me to send screenshot. And then support at Germany would have a look.

Local Site says : BMW ConnectedDrive Services are currently experiencing some technical issues. Please try to log in or register again later.

Its 2019 - not 1920

BMW should have some sort of monitoring or alert for such events.
I have issues for the last 4 days and now they have updated their website.
