Need Advice, Please?

I want a set of decent quality wheels for use in the winter when using a set of 18" staggered Yokohama tires in OEM sizes for an E93 with the sport package.

I like the look of the CSLs and have read a ton of information about the MIRO and VMR wheels. I haven't seen anything about 18" wheels being available from MIRO. I think **********s sells the VMR CSLs in 18" staggered fitment.

My car is an E93. What is the best fitment as far as offset? I will not be lowering or modding the car and want as close to OEM as possible.

As I understand it, offset around 30 is OK but the 18" VMR rear wheel sold by **********s is a 22. Will this work without any rubbing when running OEM size rear tire, 255-35-18?

Is there much difference in the quality of MIRO vs VMR?

Thanks.

it will fit. m3 offset sits wide if you like that look. i was running 19/35/275 in the rear with a h and r race drop as well..the only problem might be that your 255 tire isnt wide enuff for the 22 offset. figure that out first..vmr is a better brand than miro.

So staggered 18" wheels with ET30 in the front and ET22 in the rear will work with these tire sizes:

225-40-18 F and 255-35-18 R??

We produce our super silver VB3 18x9.5 in ET33 and this is the ideal offset for your E93. You can use your OEM 255/35/18 tire on these wheels with no problem. I DO NOT recommend our ET22 for your E93. There is a high probability it will rub under compression or with passenger in the car.

For the front you would use our 18x8.5 ET40. Feel free to PM me or post if you have any other questions.

With ET22 you might have to roll fender.

Thanks to everyone. I have decided that an ET 40 Front and ET 33 Rear is indeed the best offset for a staggered 18" setup on my E93. Now I have to choose a vendor and wheel style. Have it narrowed down to either a CSL rep or the Beyern 5. The CSLs are lighter and have a classic BMW look. The Beyerns are well made but heavier however they will be easier to keep clean as I plan to use these wheels with my winter setup. Decisions, Decisions!!

IMO the beyern 5's are awful. go with the classic csl's.
