Tracking status going backwards?

I've been following production of my M5 through the myBMW site and it actually reversed a step. The car went from dispatched from factory to at the port. It sat for a few days and then went to in transit for about 1 1/2 weeks. I checked today and it backed up one step and says its at the port again pre-transit.

Has anyone seen this?

Nope, mine has been sitting at the port for a little over a week. I’m hoping this doesn’t happen though.

I think Hurricane Lorenzo has jacked up the shipping schedule. The good news is that it looks to be breaking up finally. I'm in port as well, and have been for a week.

I spoke with my dealer today, he said it made it across the pond and is at the Maryland processing center. He said he had no idea why it reversed and thinks it was just a wrong scan. Either way, I feel like I've been waiting forever and a day. Hopefully in the next week it makes it's way over to Indiana.

Mine sat for 3 days at the port before it changed to "In Transit". The transit took 1 1/2 weeks and now in Maryland.

Seems like the length of time at the port is variable, some have seen a week+

Finally updated to in transit today after sitting at the port for the past 10 days. Does anyone know how long until it arrives in NYC?

Hope I have the same fate as you man.
My car arrived on 9/25/19 or 9 days at Bremerhaven port.
This wait is super annoying!
