$1K Under MSRP on MY2009 E90 M3

Does $1,000 below MSRP on a MY2009 E90 M3 sound like a good deal in the Houston area? Is anyone getting better deals on a MY2009?

Copied from my post in your other thread:

Your deal sounds like the norm. I did very slightly better on my '09 order here in the Houston area, but this is the second car that I bought from my CA. It's tough getting discounts here in the Houston area on ordered cars, but I'm sure if I'd gone into super-negotiator mode and been patient, I could have done slightly better. It's more important to me though to develop a relationship with my CA.

What dealer are you buying from?
