18x9.5 et35 front, 18x10 et30 rear for z4m?
Found a set of RAC RS110's in these sizes and was wondering what someone with more knowledge than myself thinks in terms of fitments. They are amazing wheels and very light but I'm especially worried that the fronts are too wide for the z4m. I'd imagine the largest tires I could go would still be the standard 245 front and 275 rear, and I will likely soon be installing coilovers so rubbing is an increasing concern. What you guys think?

Not so fast. I wouldn't be surprised if you could make the fronts fit with some spacers. I'm pretty sure the more ideal range for front offset is in the high 30's to low 40's. Because the wheels you're looking at are +35, you have some room to play with spacers in 5mm or even 2mm varieties. I've seen some even 255 width tires fitted to E36's and E46 Non-M's which is impressive. You just need to get the offset right. I'd also suggest getting a tire with a nice rounded sidewall and not one that is overly squared off.
The rears should fit fine. |
