Best muffler delete tips?
I'm going to pull the trigger on a muffler delete for my E90. There's a local Meineke who says they can do it. I haven't seen what they have for tips, but should I assume they'll have decent ones? Or should I order some and bring them in? What's best?

I think you should see what sort of tips they have to offer. Of course any muffler shop can do it, but make sure they've got a good reputation. If they don't carry any tips for you to look at, and they're offering you just their standard tips, I would think about bringing in your own. Do a little shopping for muffler tips for the best prices and appearance

I bought my tip locally and brought it to the shop. There's a whole bunch of online places to buy tips. Do a Google search for muffler tips and you'll have several hours to kill looking them all over!
BTW - the muffler delete is the best, most cost-effective exhaust mod for an E90 EVER!!! Once done, you can become a "Delitist" as well. Then you can add an MD after your name!!
