I have a 2 inch drop on my car. Would this clear the sideskirts?

hey i am thinking of buying this from costco.. i really don't want shell out over $150.00 bucks and jacks are quite expensive..

but my question is this.. is 1.5 tons enough? doesn't that equate to approx. 3,000 lbs. and our cars weigh around 3,500 lbs?

just wanted to make sure the jack could support our plump little machines

thats what i was thinking.. not the entire 3,500 lbs will be on the jack.. prob 1/2 that weight

i think i'll be buying this one.. its a great price.. and it looks nice and small

that is a nice jack, never knew costco had them. for others looking for a quality aluminum racing jack, try craftsman. they often have sales. some have a 3" height, so lowered cars generally aren't a problem....
