tire rack shipping option

My shopping cart for ordering tires that aren't in stock have a shipping option of "special order" or "back order", which one is the best option to choose to get me the tires quicker? I don't know what to pick, can someone please help?

i didnt realize i could call them until I saw it on their website... the number is so big I overlooked it... haha. the answer I received was the tires I want are not showing up with a ship date from the manufacturer, so regardless of which option I choose, I won't get the tires with a definite date of shipment until they're available from the manufacturer.

thanks!! ya, I spoke to 2 people at different times (i had many questions) and they are really knowledgeable and friendly. I hate calling a place only to get an operator with a bad attitude sounding put out that you called the customer support number with a question. Definitely a good experience.
