The T-harness for 20-pin MOST OEM amps is used to interface aftermarket amplifiers to the OEM amp to power trunk subs or/and underseat woofers only.

T-Harness includes pigtail interfaces for a 2ch Line Output Converter (NOT INCLUDED) and OEM woofers direct connection. No need to cut, splice, or tap the OEM woofer wires.

Did you use this with an HK system? If yes, what LOC did you use?

Yes, I'm using it with the HK system with a 'Metra - Two Channel Line Output Converter' Model: TC-LOC2. I don't recommend that LOC. It isn't working properly or just doesn't play nicely with the T-Harness. I haven't tested the LOC in isolation, but my sub isn't hitting like it's supposed to.
