N54 335i ON3 Perfomance hot side kit only w/ Turbonetics 6662 turbo

So changed my mind about upgraded twins and went down the big single route. I was making my own manifold and dowpipes which came out ok but i did not want to risk it with my welds since i dont have a lot of experience. I shopped around for manifolds and doc race was 2k, jp works was 1.4k (if he will ever ship them) and speedtech was 1.3k but going bottom mount meant i needed a custom charge pipe and inlet. I gave on3 a call and Bob gave me a great deal of 1085 for the manifold, downpipe, and dump tube which is great and cheap. Ive heard good things about on3's manifold but there turbos are iffy. The turbo i currently have and was planning on using was a 6662 turbonetics with a regular t4 flange. Now you see where to problem lays. On3's manifold is vband while my turbine housing is t4. I looked online and it seems like turbonetics doesnt offer a vband housing in the F1-62 housing (The type of turbine housing my turbo needs). I have also saw that there is slight modification to the downpipe to put a Precision turbo on it, which is fine. I bought this very low profile t4 flange to v band to fit my turbo on the kit, do you guys think it will work?

Whoa. I'd try to ask this again in the N54 tech section.

Only way to know is to try it, but considering how high the turbo sits w/out an adapter already you might run into clearance issues with the hood or valve cover

You will likely get more in-depth technical input at n54tech.com. At the very minimum I'd post up your question there as well as here.
