E90 lci lights flicker

Hi guys, this is my first post so be gentle. I have a 2009 E90 lci with non xenon headlights, I have recently noticed at idle the headlights flicker, well last night whilst getting out the car I noticed the drivers side footwell light is also doing the same.
The car starts and drives fine it's not battery related as the car turns over at an expected speed.
I believe it to be an earthing issue does anyone know of any common ground points?
Has anyone had a similar problem?
Tia

You have a ground point on driver and passenger side for each headlight. So I don't think ground is your issue, but it wouldn't hurt to clean up the connections.. Does lights flicker when engines not running??

Thanks for your reply,
I will check later if it's an engine running only fault or not. I was kind of hoping for a common ground as that would explain it but looks like the fault lies elsewhere.
I will check and clean those earth points later, do you know if all the vehicles lights are run off one ECU?

They go to the footwell module plugs x14260 and x14261.

Update
So I have checked the earth points all ok,
Light do not flicker if the car isn't running,

I measured the battery voltage and it's at 12.12v and 14.34 running so the battery is toast!

I have no idea why only the halo and footwell lights are effected and it turns over at usual rate but it is what it is.
Appreciate your help 👍🏻
