I havent found any information on this issue anywhere. Can you please help me find the code for the dashboard lights?

I am using the 0 lights position as the daylight "angel eyes". Unfortunately, the dashboard orange led lights are disabled in this position. Could you please tell me how I can code them to be turned on even in 0 lights position?
