Would this steering wheel be a direct swap with my current one?

I found this steering wheel that was left behind in the shed of my mom’s rental house. I believe it came out of an E90 328i 6MT.

My steering wheel in my 2011 E90 328i is starting to peel and this wheel looks much newer and cleaner than mine. Would this be a direct swap without any coding or modifications?

Yes, looks like the standard e90 wheel.

Check out the Takata airbag recall. Not sure you can do it just with the part number, but look into it.
