Anyone flushed heater core?

Passenger side heat blowing cold. Think it’s clogged heater core. Anyone here flush their heater core? Wondering what the diameter of the hose is.

Also, is the job easy?

There was a thread where this was covered. Def some people had sand-like substances in the core. Yes, possible to flush from engine bay.
