Just saw this preview of Rev, an upcoming OBDII scanner for the iPhone. They haven't named any manufacturer-specific codes yet.

"OBD-II/WLAN Hardware Interface

Rev communicates with a vehicle's ECU via its physical OBD-II port. Interfacing with this port requires an OBD-II wireless hardware device that supports the 802.11/WiFi interface on the iPhone and iPod touch."

This OBD-II/WLAN gateway is still in the works.
