Fault Codes After Valve Cover Replacement (N54)

Hey everyone,
Today I replaced the valve cover on my E93 335i. After getting everything back together, I started the car up and was greeted by an active steering malfunction warning, and the radiator fan was on full blast. If anyone has insight on what could be the issue, please let me know. I checked all of the connectors and didn't see a problem, but I could have missed something, as I'm tired and irritated at the moment lol.
