Pcv vs ccv

What's the difference between when a pcv fails vs when a ccv fails?

They are both the same system....just different names.

But different failure modes can happen.
To high of crankcase pressure, To much vacuum applied to crankcase, excessive oil consumption, Whistling/ gurgling or slurping noises can be apparent as well.
