Engine malfunction any help would be great help

Driving to get food engine malfunction showed up reduce power and now have no boost no power. [IMG][/IMG] here are the codes seems like it's a loose ground or something anyone have something like this happen to them with similar codes

Fuse 11 is blown and blows out immediately when putting new one in
