Engine Bay Rubber Smell

Hello, hope everyone is healthy and doing well. I have an odd burning rubber smell coming from the engine bay that gets stronger when the car is driven long or hard. Originally I thought it might be because my oil filter housing gasket needed to be done but I did that and the smell is still there. I've noticed this smell for months but it seems to be getting somewhat worse. It's an N51 engine with 103,000 miles. I also thought maybe valve cover gasket but when I did my spark plugs a week ago there were no oil residue on the coil packs or the valve cover itself. Not sure where it's coming from. Thanks everyone! I have noticed some oil residue on the top of the hood when I lift it on the part of the hood that faces the engine there's like thick black oil residue. Im not sure where this oil is coming from.

The accessory belt may be slipping (oil soaked or bad tensioner), or one of the accessories may be locking up. Open hood and look and smell.
