I've got it installed on my e90, no errors, but the overhead console lights (middle and two smaller maps lights) will only stay on for a minute or so, then they go out and won't turn back on until I turn the car off and back on. However, when they go out the under foot lights stay on. It's strange. Doesn't give any codes, they just go out.

Try your and see if it happens to you as well.

Also, is your garage lighting really that orange, or is that just the car turnsignals? And why are your seats covered in plastic?

ok i finally know what you are talking about. when you start the car they stay on for like 10 sec or so then turn off. when i pressed the button for the dome lights they dont turn on anymore only the foot lights turn on and the dash board under the driver and passenger side. haha is that normal? never noticced it with the stock bulbs.

I never understood this bright interior light fascination? I even turn off my interior lights so they dont turn on when the door is opened. Can someone give me they're reasoning for wanting lights like this. I'm not hating just trying to understand from someone else's perspective.
