Tire Pressure

I was driving earlier and my TPMS light comes on in red and stays on my dash. Since I am close to my apartment, I pull into the gas station near my apartment and I check my tire pressure. The front right tire is significantly low, so I put air in it and I check my other tires and they're fine. (I'll check in the morning, in the daylight, to see if there are any nail punctures that I may have missed.)

The TPMS light is still red and on, I drive across the street to my apartment. I go inside and read my manual, go back outside and I start my car and now the service engine soon light is on alongside the TPMS red light. I reset the TPMS but the SES light is still on.

Please tell me this is just the tire pressure just messed it up and it's related to that. I just replaced my water pump last month(ouch to my bank account), got a brake flush two weeks ago and this is the last thing I need. My car is an 07 328i

I'm hoping that this light just goes away, but what do you guys think?

You'll have to scan it and find out. That's the only real way to know. Grab yourself a cheap Bluetooth OBD2 adapter and use the Torque app.

I ordered one off of amazon, but it won't get here for a while due to corona.

It wouldn't seem that service engine has anything at all to do with the tpms. I once got a service engine for misfire, but it never came back and I thought it cleared itself, but was read when I plugged the car in. I also got service engine come and go with vanos. but I have a N54.
