What tire pressures do you use?

The owner's manual offers three tire pressure settings.

Do you use the lowest (for up to 100mph) setting, the middle (up to max speed but with normal load), or the highest (up to max speed with heavier load?)

I have the sport pkg 330i and find that the middle setting works well. The lowest setting makes the ride more comfortable on local streets, but tramlining gets worse and the car is not as directionally stable on the highway.
