Hi guys I've just bought liqui moly climate control cleaner and want to clean the evapator but not sure how to reach it. Shoul I use the drain tube or the micro filter housing? Could someone please guide me how to do it?

You can access the evaporator through the duct where air filter sits. Upper right corner of that duct.

Close all vents and blast AC on recirculating mode.

There is a drain tube in the transmission tunnel, be ready for fluid to drain there.

Let run for 5 minutes after spraying.

You mean cabin filter I think? This seems not easy to do. What about this one, some people used drain tube to reach the evapator as in the picture.

I bought this last year due to a smelly evaporator, it hasn't stunk ever since, amazing item best thing I've bought to fix an issue.

Yes, cabin air filter/microfilter (obviously).

so today I changed the cabin air filter and clean the evapator. There is a duct through the evaporator on the left top side of the filter housing, I placed the tube of the cleaner through the duct and pushed inside as much as it goes. Also took the picture of the filter for the the
direction of arrow.
