i don't think he actually bought it. It some sort of promotional deal with BMW that he gets to enjoy it for a while a return it. He did the same with the M5 2 years ago.

Totally agree on the interior. I'm obviously a Fiona Red/Black (M850i) or Sakhir Orange/Black (M8/M8C) fan but you cannot mate that with a green exterior. I wanted Verde Ermes on my M850i but beyond swallowing the Individual up charge over Tanzanite Blue I'd have to lose the Fiona Red/Black interior so the combo of both factors made it a no brainer decision. Green and Red are a great Christmas color combo but at least in my mind not something that translates into a car.
