Settings gone after software update

Hello,

So I had my G31 on its first maintenance today and they updated the car to its latest software.

Unfortunately, all the settings are gone. Tried to unlock the car with both keys, same problem.

Is it possible to solve this?

Signing into your account in the car should recover your settings. Assuming you had been previously signed in and set it to upload your settings.
