Many of us see posts from Mike at Extreme Powerhouse. I wanted to take a minute or two to compliment Mike in a recent situation I had encountered.
To make this simple - I had ordered a Remus axleback for my 2018 330i in early April. It ended up being out of stock and had to be shipped from Europe. It finally arrived May 26th. As I looked at the paperwork, I noticed that it said it was for a 2012-2016 328 N20. I immediately contacted Extreme. Ultimately, what was found is that Remus had made a mistake....there is no axleback that direct fits the 2018 F30 330i B48 even though they had said there was and Extreme had listed it on their website for ordering. Mike stepped in and immediately arranged for the prepaid return and offered to provide me with a different exhaust if I wanted to go that route. He also offered an additional discount off of the replacement in an effort to compensate me for the 2 month wait and having to repackage and return the exhaust. Unfortunately, they did not have the alternate (Dinan) in stock requiring a several week additional wait. I declined and was immediately reimbursed for the purchase.

One of the measures of a good company is the way they handle issues towards keeping customers satisfied. In my opinion, Mike did everything that he could and in a very timely manner to try to make this right. And, consistent with that, literally, changed the website to eliminate the Remus listing for F30 330/430i so that no one else would encounter the same issue.

I Spoke with and ordered from Mike a couple years ago. Great guy, and I would not hesitate to order from him again!
