Hey guys

I am getting notices new maps are available and I accepted the download but... it seems stuck

Here is what my idrive says:

Automatic map update:

CAN, AK 2020-1

I can't click on the automatic map update.

Seems stuck.

Ideas?

I was having the same issue. My system was a 2019-1 version. Not sure if the 2020-2 version is out yet for NA. But you could try going to BMW drive connect online and changing your map download preference region ( let it sit for a different area for a day or two then go back to your region) or updating the entire NA maps via thumb drive.

When you do the air update it's only doing locally... Thumb drive allows full maps as it's about 25-30g. I did the map update via thumb drive and it fixed the daily message.
