Entrynav2 way / nbt2 evo

Does all 2020 x3 come with ENTRYNAV2 as standard or it depends on the production date? I wanted to get my carplay to fullscreen but it's not compatible because it's not NBT2.
The reason for not being compatible for carplay fullscreen would be a software issue or hardware? Like it already has unlimited carplay but just the parameters of the screen needs to go higher. Doesn't make sense of having to change the whole headunit to have carplay full screen, does it? What's the difference between the ENTRYNAV2 and NBT2?
