Comfort Access Issues

My 2018 X3 30idrive is having issues with the comfort access. The dealer has ordered two new key fobs as part of the repair. He says that there is a Service Bulletin (SB) that covers my issues.

Does anyone know which SB this is? Anyone with a copy?

Thanks

Wallyf

What kind of issues? Mine says the vehicle key is missing quite often, even with new batteries in the fob. And the other day it wouldn't open the car for about a minute I had to get REALLY close to the door and fiddle with it. Starting to get a bit annoying.

Remote control missing

I was also getting the Remote control missing message even though the X3 started.
Other issues:
1) Comfort Access was not switching the seat and mirror positions for a different driver.

2) Comfort Access was not unlocking doors and rear hatch when touching handles. Using the key fob lock/unlock buttons always worked.

3) Dash and radio does not always turn off when door is opened.

Interesting, I definitely get #1, once in a while #2, and #3 if I wait a couple of seconds after I shut the car off the radio will always shut off. If I shut the car off and open the door within one or two seconds it will always stay on.

Got all the same. Especially annoying #1 since I share our x3 with my wife.

B66 19 19 is the the Service Bulletin, I think

I got my X3 back from the dealer yesterday afternoon. Problems seem to be corrected but time will tell.
The service repair sheet shows a B66 19 19 which I think is the service bulletin.
I found it on the Internet.

The radio not turning OFF when the door is opened requires a few second delay between turning OFF the ignition before opening the door..

For those having this problem, get the dealer to fix. My repair was Covered under warranty.

It's just a case of waiting two seconds before opening the door and everything switches off, if it doesn't it will when you lock the door

Dash and radio seem to switch off on mine after I switch off the engine before opening any door. And then it only shuts off after the last door is closed, including front and rear passenger doors if they were occupied...
