Hello all!
I am looking at buying a used 16-18 330e, but online reviews seem to have mixed emotions as to it's reliability. Some of the reviews are outstanding, but some speak of the car being in the shop for weeks at a time. Granted, these incidents with the 330e seem to have been happening towards the beginning of the car's life, so it wouldn't affect me (the 2nd or 3rd owner). Can any owners speak on the 330e's reliability, or if they've had any issues with the car?

I have owned mine since November 18 and have done about 15k miles in it since.
i use mine to get to work using electric alone, using petrol for longer trips, over 10k of my miles have been fully electric.
I was concerned about the battery degrading but I have not noticed any difference so far.

mine was in with BMW for a week due to a strange fault with the a/c which they fixed by recharging it.
the a/c needed to be worked on by a hybrid specialist which is why I am told it was needed for so long.

I get 18 or 19 miles range out of mine which is just enough (more would be nice)

If you get the 16 its a joke as a hybrid with only 13 miles of pure electric range but don't get me wrong i get 44mpg highway and I greatly enjoy mine. And have no issues except trunk randomly opening due to fob but I am working with my dealership under warranty
