If you have remote 3d view and iOS 14, would you mind trying to refresh your image? When I refresh, I just see gray all around the vehicle, and the four individual photos no longer show up in the details. Was working fine, and no changes other than iOS 14 & CD app updates.

Same, and I didn't get the typical "mirrors will unfold" warning. Maybe that's part of the issue, because the gray is darker on the sides of the vehicle than at the front/back.

Technically you're running Beta and not a GM release.

Are you running iOS14 Beta 2? If you are or earlier, it's due to AVFoundation not available. Specifically, AVAssetDownloadTask – session used to download HTTP Live Streaming assets.

No HTTP session = No photos.

AVAssetDownloadTask options, AVAssetDownloadTaskMinimumRequiredPresentationSize Key, and AVAssetDownloadTaskAllowHighDynamicRangeKey are currently unavailable.

Produce different results than the system camera UI, such as RAW format photos, depth maps, or videos with custom timed metadata.

Get live access to pixel or audio data streaming directly from a capture device.

I am still on iOS 13.5.1 and the BMW Connected App stopped working for at least two weeks now for me. I can't get anything to work in the app including remote 3d view.

I've noted that if I'm using and testing apps through VPN such a 1.1.1.1 with WARP, Remote 3D view fails. Drop VPNs down to DNS queries only fixes the issue.

Also ConnectDrive services was down about 2 weeks or perhaps 3 weeks ago, where it was asking me to accept or adjust privacy settings in iDrive before I could request Remote 3D view even though I have the services accepted. Issue cleared up 2 days later.

I only got to 13.6 last night, but of late no problems with sending a destination, Climatize Now and Departure Climate Timer, locate vehicle, or Remote 3D view. If it matters, I am in OK.
