Oem 437m wheels on bmw f31 x drive

Hi all,I'm looking for some advice.i recently purchased the oem 437M wheels for my 2014 BMW f31 320m XDrive .
The wheels came directly off an M4 with the oem tyres
255/35/19
275/35/19
Was wondering what sizes of tyres I should be looking to buy and also was looking to lower the car too,but unsure how much of a drop I should go?

Being Xdrive youll need to keep the tyre sizes so that the rolling radius is with in 1% iirc

You can fit the standard 19" tyres that come with the car to the 437's although they will have a bit of a stretch to them.

As for lowing springs H&R's do some, gives it a sensible drop, youll need to lower it as the 437's poke out a good bit with stock ride height. The ride is very meh on the H&R's and youll find going to a set of decent coilovers might just be a better option right away if you dont have the fancy adaptive dampners.

I recommend dinan springs and bump stops. Here is my girl with 19" and dinan springs/stops. Ride is fantastic. I do have EDC though, not sure if that matters
