MPPSK + MHD Stage 2 + Akropovic Downpipe= MENTAL

Guys if you're looking for the best set up. In terms of exhaust noise, and not crazy speed but gives you joy at the end of the day. This is it.
This is on my 340i, I can tell you it sounds better than my buddies M3 hahahaha
Did spend around 6-7k on these parts tho lol

Akros are all 300 cell catted.

I have MPPSK and catless downpipe and it's extremely loud, not sure how much louder than 300 cell catted downpipe.

Probably very loud cause when I had the Downpipe installed with the stock exhaust I can barely notice a change

+1 on this, My car might not say "M" on it, but when my buddy with his f80 (that walks me constantly) is jealous of how mine sounds, i'll take that trade off.

Just got the Akrapovic downpipe added along with my MPPSK. Didn't tune yet but I definitely noticed a more deeper sound. Not a huge difference but definitely deeper.

In my opinion there are 2 elements here: sound and loundess. They are different, although related.

A good car sound does require some loudness (dB), but just the right amount. On the other hand a loud car does not necessarilly (actually rather rarely) sound good! Unfotunately this is confused way too often.
E.g. If you disconnect your exhaust entirely, you will get an extremely loud car, which is extremely far from sounding good.

IMO, 40i + MPPSK sounds better than M3/M4 already, without further mods. I am yet to find out whether a DP just makes it louder, but not better, or both.

That's why I went with the Akropovic because it's barely any loudness added. And it helps performance wise
