Hello, recently purchased a e90 320d 2008 m sport. Already have a little issue...

Drove to work fine, got in the car at break and started reversing and the car just cut out. Tried to start it again and It's cranking fine and wants to start it just can't turn over

AA came out and plugged it in and the only error code was main relay.

He did some diving and found what is in the picture. Obviously was a previous issue hence all the tape. Now I'm wondering which relay is the 'main' relay and would a error code like that make the car not start like this?

I also changed the battery around 5 days ago, been running fine ever since except until this happened
