G20 Safe Jack Point

Anyone know where the front center jack point is on the G20? I'm guessing just behind the center bolt on the shield covering the suspension components, but would like to confirm. Thanks.

From the manual.... is this what you are after?

Thanks, but I'm looking for a center point under the car to lift the entire front so that I can place jack stands under the points (front) in your illustration. If I lift from those points I have no place to put the jack stand.

With the protective shield in place, I can't see the suspension components so it's a guess as where to place the jack.

There's no factory safe Jack point in the center of the vehicle as even the stiffening plate is aluminum. If you need to place jack stands under the front on each side you'll need to jack up the rear enough to get the stand under the front pads. May need to go side to side above the lowest jack stand setting.

That's so unlucky. I've been trying now to get under my 330i G20 but I don't wanna risk doing a poor job of jacking the car up.

By the sound of it, using a traditional jack/jack stands won't work for the G20.

Does this mean that if I wanted to work under my car that I'd have to get a quick jack or something of a similar sort (ramps maybe?)?

So funny, I was legit looking at this thread on Sunday and was just as disappointed. Tried jacking up the rear high enough to put a jack stand under the front, would NOT recommend doing so.

If you got race ramps that’s going to be your best bet otherwise get some small lifts with lockouts

Anybody tried Rennstands or Jackpoints?
(Both seem to have BMW adapters)

Rennstand looks like a decent option, especially since they got BMW adapters as G22 said. Idk what availability for it is like.

I feel like something like the Unijack 6000 could work (where the jack stand is the lift itself). Currently listed around like $80. There are two things I can't figure out for the Unijack though:
1) How I'd put the car down. I feel like it'd be really unsafe if I had four points up and had to put them down one by one - unless I'd be able to get someone to lower the car with me, and...
2) How I'd get a pad adapter for the jack stand (since it's in that U-shape instead of a pad)
And then there's the option of the QuickJack (which is mad expensive relative to the other options). I saw a video where I think someone had an issue with the QuickJack lifts not being long enough to reach the lift points normally. Instead, they had to run it across the car's body (from passenger to drivers side). Disclaimer: This may have been for a different chassis, sometimes YouTube videos aren't too explicit on what's happening.

Altogether, I'm probably just gonna get Race Ramps for downpipe work and regular maintenance, but I don't think I'll have a solution in the case I'd need to take off my wheels yet. I might save up for the quick jacks or maybe someone can save us in this thread

@Dilber. If you start from ramps, maybe 11" lowest height of the Unijack 6000 will work, but otherwise it's too high.
I'm also curious about the dimensions of Rennstand (including BWM adapter) in order to get the floor jack under it.
