Smartkey not found issue
With the car running and the keyfob in my pocket and the car in park, whenever anyone exits the car a message pops up on the display indicating the keyfob is not found. Anyone have this problem?

I have the same issue, but it is not always repeatable. I have brought it up to the service department, but have never been able to get it to happen when I'm there. My suspicion is that it has to do with the key going to sleep, but that is just a thought. Other than the warning, it does not appear to effect anything, so I've learned to live with it when it does happen.

my dealer gave me 2 new keys when he couldn't get them recognized on their service system scanner, said there was a module update but mine kept failing so they were replaced. incidentally i was having trouble with comfort access/key not being recognized which is now *crosses fingers* fixed, but they found that out after the fact. there is a service bulletin out for this issue.
