Yes, it was very good. Arranged an equivalent or better vehicle when my 335D Touring was rear-ended (I was stationary in a queue), ended up with an X5 3.0D for five weeks :-)

Nothing for me to do except wait for the call to say 'It's all ready'!

Reassuring to hear.

Similar situation to you.
F90CP was rear ended in slow moving traffic.

Will be interesting to see what they give me as a courtesy car.

Anyone else had any experience with them, good or bad?

Yes I had good service from them too although the whole model of these companies is morally questionable. I did use it though...

I was trying hard not to mention this point but will now... they invariably charge horrific prices to third party insurers for managing your accident and then they get passed on to the consumer (that's us then..) in the form of higher prices..

F30Andy if the BMW is off the road and the Porsche being a problem, book the Porsche in for its repairs, get a Porsche loan car (Cayenne, Panamera, Taycan) and use that and save all of us some money!

Tried using them twice for post accident repairs and got rejected twice as the cases weren’t 100% clear cut.

First tine as the other party was non insured but at fault

Secondly as the other party denied all knowledge despite being caught on dash cam.

Ps In both cases other side’s insurance paid out with no affect on NCD.

They will bend the other party’s insurance over though.

I wouldnt use them again as they charge significant over the top charges for repairs and courtesy car hire to the 3rd party insurance.....I was staggered when I saw the bill a few years ago when the wifes car had a crash....!

All good and well having an equivalent or better car but these sort of companies are the reason our premiums are ridiculous!!!!

I have worked for Sytner, (a Porsche dealership,) if we referred someone to SytnerDrive AM the dealership would get a kick back of up to £1500, personally the advisor would get £100.

Disgusting.

That money comes from our pockets. Hire charges are abominable. (Needless to say I NEVER referred anyone as all it serves to do is increase our premiums.)

Blimey that’s one hell of a kickback

Never realised it was that high.
