Newest M2 CS review by Joe Achilles
New review by Joe Achilles. I've been waiting for this for ages. Interesting comments.
Very positive and confirming his view to get it if you can afford it. |

Pretty much confirms my thoughts about CCB all along. Also, if you factor in what brand new M2C are actually selling for, a realistic price difference between the two is around $30k.
In other words, I just convinced myself not to get one lol. BTW, this review didn't seem too positive to me. He basically insinuated that CCB is a bust and the car is not worth $30k more. There are many accounts of CCB wearing out or flat out failing in under 20k miles. Even class actions about them. Goes to show you that these brakes are not all that they're made out to be. https://www.carsaddiction.com/articl...ceramic-brakes |

He said he would likely buy a CS if his business wasn't doing poorly due to COVID-19. I think he said he'd cross-shop the M2CS and M3CS. Given how much Joe likes his M2C, the fact he'd swap to a CS if he had the money is high praise.

I interpreted it if buying outright it's worth it, but not using another method based upon monthly payments (lease?, Balloon?). I also got out of it that he'd take an M3CS over the M2CS. Not a real track tool, but fantastic DD. Exactly why I'm getting one.
