Hello all, I have an issue.

No matter what source, Spotify, Sirius, etc I cant hear anything and can’t adjust the volume. The mute push isn’t working? Any ideas? How do you hard restart this car?

reboot the iDrive. Push volume button in and hold it there for 30 seconds.

Not sure what caused it but whatever it’s fixed.
