Canadian configurator shows a 6MT Competition model - mistake, right?
I started configuring an M4 on bmw.ca and, I'm not sure if this is a mistake on the website or what:

I suspect they've been sucking down too much maple syrup. Give it a few days and it'll be 'fixed' (the wrong way!)

For competition model the only choice is auto you can pick.

I wouldnt worry about it too much. Once tuning opens up you can get the power if that's what you desire.
To me the best thing about previous comp models was that you got some new features and refinement from what they learned over the first few years. This time you just get features cause it launches with the base model. In 8 years the ones reselling for the most will have 3 pedals IMO. |
