I've always thought the TT looked a little "soft" in it's design without the S-line kit. Even the TT-S isnt amazing in terms of design. This is a BEAST but! and if the TT-S is anything to go by it'll have the performance to go with it

If the front bumper wasnt too similar to the RS5 it would be perfect! Still looks hot though...

BEAST............. Looks agressive.

Unfortunetly it is going to be pricey, more than $65,000 US

This does look really good, but again, there's something about the TT that just doesn't drive me crazy. They've still covered the actual diffuser, so I want to see what that looks like. I also don't like how the front brake ducts look narrow in comparison to the headlights. Who knows. Maybe I'm being over-critical.

Oh and c'mon Audi, I hate how you reuse the same wheel designs for everything.

I was hoping for the Clubsport bodykit with it's wider arches. Also do you notice the holes for holding the slats like is present on the R8 and RS6, it is a near finished example.

I think the engine choice is to be a 2.5L Bi-turbo (340hp) but maybe hkz786 might know more about this.

+1 it makes the bumper look awkward and narrow

+1 Why didnt they use the wheels from the Clubsport? They were nice.

Because of the situation with Porsche it makes it harder to find out final details about the TT-R, however, I am suprised about not hearing new info since it seems like the TT-R is def going ahead. It is clearly in production form and there is even a new rear diffuser covered up.

As soon as I know anything you guys will know

I'm really curious about what type of engine they are going to go with. Motortrend says that they will go with the upcoming B8 S4's engine (Supercharged 3.0 V6 tuned to around 350hp) and then, I heard another article stating that the underrated Golf R32 will be replaced by a new model called 'R42' and will share a 2.5 twin turbo 5 cylinder engine with the upcoming TT-RS. What gives??

Anyway, whatever they come up with, TT-RS is going to be quick

Here are the articles for your reference:
This article is about TT-RS being supercharged.

This one is about R42 and TT-RS

Are the exhaust tips in the bumper not connected to the muffler?

Audi's pricing is rediculous but that car does look great... When a nicely loaded A4 4cyl costs 50K thats when you know something is wrong
