BWM delaer changed Rear Break Pads changed at 15K Kms, Front pads & rotors changed at 20K Kms - crazy?
The dash showed notifications for these changes each time.

Has anyone had their pads and rotors changed so soon? Note above are kilometers not miles .

This is what the service and maintiance costs have been so far

For the 10K kms oil change service: $250

For the 15K Kms rear pad change it costed me: $400

For the 20K Kms oil change service + front pads + Front rotors: $1000

Is it because of dusty and rough roads here at India or have they programmed the cars in a way to rip off and get the alarm off pretty early?

Let me know what everyones thougths are - also are the costs same as what people pay elsewhere or are they rippin us apart here?
