Brakje pads to change

Hello, what I have to code if I need to change the brake pads on my F31?

You don't have to code anything. If your brake sensor tripped you'll have to replace it and do a reset. If it didn't trip you'll still want to go into the iDrive settings to extend the service interval. You can usually do a reset in iDrive but occasionally you'll need an OBD diagnostic and repair tool to do it.
